The October AWCF meeting focused on wild canids.

William Pryor of Wolf Mountain Nature Center in Smyrna discussed his captive wolves that provide local educational opportunities.

Dr. Jacqueline Frair of the College of Environmental Science & Forestry covered the current status of wild canids in New York State with a focus on coyotes.

It was an entertaining and informative day. We hope to see more members at future meetings.
